Common questions

After 14 days, you'll be prompted to subscribe to Pro Plan at $29/month. No credit card is required to start. If you don't subscribe, your account enters a read-only state — your data is safe, you just can't send new reminders until you upgrade.

Stripe is optional. You can use PayPal.me links or include bank details in the invoice description. Stripe is required only if you want one-click payment links and automatic paid detection via webhook. PayPal works for payment links but you'll need to mark invoices paid manually.

No. Emails come from your configured sender address and look like personal emails. You can fully customise the subject line, body, and closing text to match your voice. Clients see a professional, personalised message — not a bulk notification.

Yes. The default schedule is −2, 0, +3, +7, +14 days relative to the due date. You can toggle any rule on/off, add new rules at any offset, and assign which email template (Friendly, Firm, or Final) to use for each reminder.

If using Stripe, payment is detected automatically via webhook. The invoice status changes to Paid and all future reminders for that invoice are cancelled immediately — no manual action needed. For PayPal or manual payments, you can mark the invoice paid in one click.

Cancel anytime from the Billing portal in your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
